Returns & Exchanges


We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase, however, if you change your mind upon delivery, don’t worry!
Please read the exceptions below first and then get in touch if you still wish to proceed by writing an email within 15 days from receipt of your order.


Please note that all returns, must be unworn and kept in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, including customs fee if sending from outside the UK.
We recommend using recorded and insured postage. If a return is lost or damaged, we will not be able to process any refund or exchange. 

Once the return is verified and accepted, you will be notified and either refunded the item(s) value within 15 days on your original payment method, or given a credit towards another purchase.
You will be asked to choose your preference once the return is finalised.

Please keep in mind that a new order resulting from an exchange credit, will be charged shipping fees at checkout* and may be liable for import duties if applicable.

* for UK and Northern Ireland orders above £150 value the shipping is free.



Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non refundable or exchangeable, unless faulty.

We are also unable to accept returns under these circumstances:

  • An item was bought during a promotion, a sale or through gift cards.
  • An item has been damaged from improper use and/or storage.
  • An item has been damaged by the customer while trying to repair it themself or getting someone else to do it without contacting us prior.
  • The customer knew an item was faulty when they bought it.
  • Items were purchased through a third-party retailer. Please reach out to the retailer to get further assistance.



Please inspect your order on arrival and if there is anything wrong or missing, contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to you.
