All orders are sent via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Kindly verify that your delivery address is accurate.
At Last Emporium cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed as a result of errors in the given address.

Please note that International Signed deliveries cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured.
This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.

DELIVERY TIMES 

UK  ~ 1/4 working days (depending on selected delivery method).

Europe  ~ 4/6 working days.

Rest of the World ~ 5/10 working days.

Once the parcel is sent, delivery times may be affected by external factors such as unforeseen delays, holidays, strikes, weather conditions, etc. that are beyond our control.

💔 CUSTOM DUTIES 💔

If you are an international customer (including Europe), you may have to pay custom duties in the receiving country before claiming your parcel.
These are not included in your order and At Last Emporium is not responsible for calculating them.

Check with your country’s customs and border control for more information as every country has different regulations.
